Luceco plc ("the Group" or "Luceco"), the manufacturer and distributor of
wiring accessories, LED lighting and portable power products, announces that
the Group's preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2021 will be
released on Tuesday 22 March 2022.

There will be a webcast and conference call of the results at 9:30am GMT on
