    * Lucibel  ALUCI.PA  will list 531,718 new ordinary shares on Alternext Paris, as of 
November 9, following exercise of non listed stock warrants  
    * Lucibel will list 88,000 new ordinary shares on Alternext Paris, as of November 9, 
following exercise of non listed BSPCE
