* Launches a capital increase in cash with preferential
subscription rights for the amount of 4 million euros ($4.29
million) through the issue of 1,007,293 ABSAR
* Unit price for capital increase of 4.00 euros representing
a discount of 28.7 pct over the closing price of 17 april 2015
(5.61 euros)
* Capital increase guaranteed at 75 pct by Aster Capital,
CM-CIC Innovation and Etoile Finance (controlled by La Famille
Granotier)
