** American Depositary Shares of UK-based biotech  IMCR.O 
jump ~58% in their market debut on Nasdaq
    ** Stock opens at $41/ADS, up from IPO price of $26/ADS
    ** On Thursday, IMCR raised ~$258 mln in its upsized IPO,

    ** Co had earlier aimed to sell ~8.3 mln ADSs between $23

    ** Each ADS represents one ordinary share, the company said
in its filing
    ** Shares of biotech Lucira Health  LHDX.O  also surged 30%

    ** Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Jefferies are the
underwriters for the Immunocore IPO
