Lucira Health soars on FDA emergency nod to COVID and flu home test

** Shares of medical test maker Lucira Health Inc  LHDX.O 
rise more than four-fold to $0.59 premarket  
    ** Co says the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has
granted emergency use authorization for its combination
diagnostic test for COVID-19 and flu 
    ** Lucira COVID-19 & Flu Home Test is a single-use, at-home
rapid test kit that provides results from self-collected nasal
swab in about 30 minutes - co
    ** Says authorization makes it the first such test to be
available over-the-counter
    ** Plans for a strategic or financial partnership to resume
the manufacturing and development of additional home diagnostic
tests  
    ** Stock fell ~97% in the past 12 months through Friday
