13% to $12.19 premarket
    ** Q4 revenue of $283.9 mln beat Wall Street expectations of
$274.4 mln - LSEG data 
    ** Same-store revenue increased 6.9% YoY to $242.5 mln
    ** Company forecasts fiscal 2025 revenue $1.22 bln to $1.28
bln; compared with average analysts' estimate of $1.25 bln 
    ** Nine of 10 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, one
"hold"; their median PT is $17
    ** Up to Thursday's close, stock had fallen 23.8% YTD
