* Signed JV agreement with Francisco Albero S.A.U., Spain to
manufacture and supply oxygen censors to Indian automotive
industry
* Says co will own the 51 pct of the joint venture company
* JV co to make initial investment of 140 million for
installed capacity of 2 million oxygen sensors; production
expected to commence from early 2019
