** Shares of Lumos Diagnostics  LDX.AX  rise as much as 25%
to A$0.1025, their highest level since Oct. 13, 2023 
    ** The diagnostics solutions provider signs development and
intellectual property (IP) agreements with U.S.-based women's
health co Hologic  HOLX.O  
    ** Says IP agreement has a value of $10 mln and development
agreement has a value of up to $4.7 mln
    ** Says agreements will support development of improved
version of one of Hologic's commercial products
    ** About 40.1 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 4.9 mln shares 
    ** Stock rose 52.1% in 2023
