Total Voting Rights

 

The Company's total issued share capital consists of 25,485,982 Ordinary
Shares of US $0.0001 each ("Ordinary Shares") with one voting right per
Ordinary Share. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The total
number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 25,485,982. This number
may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which
they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance
and Transparency Rules.
