** Thoma Bravo is exploring a sale of its stake in construction software maker Command Alkon, as the private equity firm tries to generate returns in pockets of software seen as more resilient to broader AI disruption risks, according to four people familiar with the matter. nL6N41R1AA

** Norse Atlantic NORSE.OL has brought on JPMorgan Chase & Co JPM.N to run a sale process set to kick-off in the coming months, Bloomberg News reported on Friday, citing people familiar with the matter. nL4N41S1GU

** British telecoms firm Gamma Communications GAMA.L confirmed that it is in preliminary talks with private equity firm Epiris, and separately, a consortium led by Oakley Capital and IT service provider Giacom on a potential takeover. nL6N41S10K

** Shares in Hiscox HSX.L spiked as much as 15.3%, after an Insurance Post report said Canada-based Intact Financial Corp IFC.TO was exploring a potential bid for the British insurer. nL4N41S18K

** Blackstone and CD&R are among private equity firms in the early stages of exploring bids for Magnum Ice Cream Company MICCT.AS, two sources familiar with the matter told Reuters, less than six months after the owner of Cornetto and Ben & Jerry's was spun out of Unilever ULVR.L.

** Serbia will submit its final proposal to MOL MOLB.BU concerning the Hungarian oil company's bid to take over NIS NIIS.BEL, operator of the Balkan nation's sole refinery, its energy minister said. nL6N41S0FD

** TSMC 2330.TW, the world's largest contract chipmaker, said on Friday it plans to sell up to 152 million shares in Vanguard International Semiconductor 5347.TWO via a block trade to financial institutional investors, cutting its stake in the chipmaker. nL6N41S0KK
