June 13 (Reuters) - LG INTERNATIONAL CORP   001120.KS  : 
     
    * Says its unit Pantos Logistics CO.,LTD will merge with a 
wholly owned subsidiary, Hi Business Logistics 
    * Merger effective date of Aug. 1 and registered date of 
Aug. 2 
    * The unit will survive and Hi Business Logistics will be 
dissolved after the merger
