    * Said on Tuesday the Warsaw Stock Exchange set the first 
day of trading of 48 million of the company's series D1 shares 
to Oct. 8 
    * Said the series D1 shares will be traded on NewConnect 
market under the short name MDEVELOP and ticker MDE 
    * Said the nominal value of series D1 shares is 0.20 zloty 
per share
