Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)
M&G plc (the 'Company') announces the following changes to the interests in the Company of Shawn Gamble, Group Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, and Joseph Pinto, CEO Asset Management.
On 1 October 2026, Ms. Gamble exercised the M&G Performance Share Plan nil-cost option award that vested on 30 September 2026.
On 2 October 2026, a M&G Deferred Incentive Plan award granted to Mr. Pinto in April 2026 was released. This award was granted with an immediate vest and six-month post-vest holding period in order to meet regulatory requirements.
In both cases, sufficient shares were sold to cover the PDMR's tax liabilities and sale costs, with the balance of share retained by them.
The notification below, which has been made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
