Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities (PDMRs)

On 1 April 2026, a performance award granted in 2021 to Matthew Howells was
released, following the end of a two-year post-vest holding period. Sufficient
shares were sold to cover Mr. Howells' tax liabilities and sales costs, with
the balance of shares retained by him.

The notification below, which has been made in accordance with the
requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
