APPOINTMENT OF NEW DIRECTOR

 

Following the announcement made on 31 May 2023, Luke Alexander Shaw has been
appointed to the Board of M.P. Evans as chief financial officer with effect
from today.

 

The following information is disclosed pursuant to rule 17 and paragraph (g)
of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies:

 

In the previous five years, Luke Alexander Shaw, age 37, who does not have a
shareholding in M.P. Evans, has been a director of the following companies:

 

 Servomex Group Limited
 Servomex Company
 Servomex S.A

 Servomex Middle East L.L.C.2

 

There is no further information required to be disclosed under Rule 17 or
