NOTIFICATION OF INTERIM RESULTS
M.P. Evans Group PLC, a producer of sustainable Indonesian palm oil, will be
announcing its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2023 on
Monday, 11 September 2023.
A presentation for analysts will be held on the day at 9:30am at the offices
of Hudson Sandler at 25 Charterhouse Square, London, EC1M 6AE and those

ONLINE INVESTOR PRESENTATION TO SHAREHOLDERS
In order to extend the communication between M.P. Evans and all its
shareholders, the Company is pleased to announce that its executive management
team will make a live presentation relating to the Company's interim results
for the period to 30 June 2023 on Tuesday, 12 September 2023 at 12:00pm on the
Investor Meet Company ("IMC") platform.
This online presentation is freely available to all existing and potential
