The Company has been notified that Mr K.Chandra Sekaran, a director of the
Company, has sold 4,800 shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company
("Shares") of which 820 Shares were sold on 4 Novembre 2024 at a price of 940
pence per Share and 3,980 Shares were sold on 6 November 2024 at a price of
940 pence per Share, following the exercise of options.
