APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The board of M.P. Evans, a producer of sustainable palm oil, is pleased to
announce the appointment of Katherine ("Kate") Coppinger as an independent
non-executive director with effect from 13 June 2025 following the conclusion
of the Company's annual general meeting.
Kate is an experienced board director and has served as an independent
non-executive director on several other AIM-listed companies, including
current roles at Serica Energy plc and Star Energy plc.
Having acted as senior independent director and as chair of board committees
for a number of businesses, she is focused on enhancing corporate governance
and is recognised as a trusted advisor in strategic decision making. From her
time as an executive where she most recently acted as Managing Director at
Standard Chartered in the Oil and Gas team, Kate also brings significant
experience to the board in international business, corporate finance and
managing overseas transactions.
Peter Hadsley-Chaplin, chairman of M.P. Evans, commented:

The following information is disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule Two
paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in relation to Katherine Jane
Coppinger:
In the previous five years Katherine Jane Coppinger, aged 55, who does not
have a shareholding in M.P. Evans, has been, and continues to be, a director
of the following companies: Serica Energy plc, Star Energy Group plc, The
Barnes Fund Trustee Limited and 86 Castelnau Freehold Company Limited. During
that time, Katherine Jane Coppinger was also a director of Plant Health Care
Limited.
There is no further information required to be disclosed under Rule 17 or
Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
