M.P. Evans Group PLC (the "Company")

 

Issue of Shares to the Trustee of the M.P. Evans Group 2018 Employees' Benefit
Trust ("EBT")

 

M.P. Evans Group PLC announces that an application has been made to the London
Stock Exchange for the admission of 50,000 shares of 10p each in the Company
("Shares") to trade on the LSE. The Shares are to be allotted to the EBT for
the purpose of satisfying the future vesting of awards granted under the M.P.
Evans Group PLC Long Term Incentive Scheme ("LTIS").

 

The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing
ordinary shares and it is expected that admission will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 2
July 2024.
