Capitalised terms which are used but not defined in this Notice have the meanings attributed to them in the master definitions and framework deed dated 17 May 2007 between, amongst others, HSBC Trustee (C.I.) Limited as Security Trustee and the Issuer (as amended from time to time).
Pursuant to a written notice to the counterparties of the Standby Mortgage Administration Agreement the Standby Mortgage Administrator has resigned as the Standby Mortgage Administrator, in accordance with the terms of the Standby Mortgage Administration Agreement effective from 30 April 2020.
No replacement Standby Mortgage Administrator has been appointed, and no steps have been taken by the Issuer to identify or appoint a replacement Standby Mortgage Administrator.
