Amended and Restated Final Terms; Amendment to Final Terms

 

The following Final Terms under the £35 billion residential mortgage-backed
note issuance programme of Silverstone Master Issuer PLC, have been amended:

 

Amendments to the Series 2022-1 Class 3AR Notes

 

On or about 30 November 2023, the Issuer expects to amend the terms of the
Series 2022-1 Final Terms originally dated 28 January 2022, in relation to the
Series 2022-1 Class 3AR Notes as amended and restated from time to time (the
A&R 2022 Final Terms).

 

Amendment to the Series 2023-1 Final Terms

 

On or about 30 November 2023, the Issuer expects to amend the terms of the
Series 2023-1 Final terms originally dated 16 November 2023, in relation to
the Series 2023-1 Notes as amended and restated on 30 November 2023 (the
A&R 2023 Final Terms).

 

These are technical amendments.
