NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Issuer redeemed in full the Series 2020-1
Class 1A Notes on 21 April 2023 issued pursuant to the Issuer's Residential
Mortgage Backed Note Programme.

Following the full and final redemption of the Series 2020-1 Class 1A Notes,
the Issuer intends to cancel the listing of the Series 2020-1 Class 1A Notes
on the Official List maintained by the Financial Conduct Authority and the
Issuer's admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc of the Series
2020-1 Class 1A Notes with effect on 23 May 2023 (being more than 20 business
days after today's date).

This Notice is given on 21 April 2023.
