NOTICE TO THE HOLDERS OF

SILVERSTONE MASTER ISSUER PLC

$250,000,000 Series 2022-1 Class 1A Residential Mortgage Backed Notes due 21
January 2070

243567734, Rule 144A Common Code: Not Applicable)

 

(the holders thereof, the Noteholders)

 

OPTIONAL REDEMPTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the Noteholders that on 22 April 2024 (the Optional
Redemption Date):

(a)        pursuant to Condition 5.4 of the Series 2022-1 Class 1A
Notes, the Issuer shall redeem the Series 2022-1 Class 1A Notes in full at the
aggregate redemption amount together with any accrued and unpaid interest in
respect thereof, and interest shall cease to accrue on and after the Optional
Redemption Date in respect of the Series 2022-1 Class 1A Notes; and

(b)        pursuant to Condition 8.2 of the Intercompany Loan Terms and
Conditions, the Issuer shall require Funding 1 to prepay the Series 2022-1
Class 1A Term AAA Advance in full at the aggregate outstanding principal
amount together with any accrued and unpaid interest in respect thereof, and
interest shall cease to accrue on and after the Optional Redemption Date in
respect of the Series 2022-1 Class 1A Term AAA Advance.

Capitalised terms used in this notice shall have the meanings given to them in
the terms and conditions of the Series 2022-1 Class 1A Notes.
