Wall Street's main indexes turned sharply higher on Wednesday after U.S. President Donald Trump said he would pause many of his new tariffs for 90 days. .N

At 13:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was up 4.94% at 39,504.25.The S&P 500 .SPX was up 5.50% at 5,256.83, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was up 6.97% at 16,331.55.
