Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

 

M Winkworth plc ("Winkworth" or the "Company"), the leading franchisor of real
estate agencies, is pleased to announce that the Company's interim results for
the six months ended 30 June 2022 will be announced on 7(th) September 2022.
In addition, Dominic Agace CEO and Andrew Nicol CFO will provide a live
presentation relating to the 2022 interim results via the Investor Meet
Company platform on 8th September 2022 at 10:00am BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
