Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

 

M Winkworth plc ("Winkworth" or the "Company"), the leading franchisor of real
estate agencies, is pleased to announce that the Company's interim results for
the six months ended 30 June 2024 will be released on 11 September 2024.  In
addition, Dominic Agace, CEO, and Andrew Nicol, CFO, will provide a live
presentation relating to the 2024 interim results via the Investor Meet
Company platform on 11 September 2024 at 2:00pm BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
