Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

M Winkworth Plc ("Winkworth" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the
Company's interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2025 will be
released on 17 September 2025. In addition, Dominic Agace, CEO, and Andrew
Nicol, CFO, will provide a live presentation relating to the 2025 interim
results via the Investor Meet Company platform on 17 September 2025 at 11:00am
BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
16 September 2025, 09:00am BST, or at any time during the live presentation.
