Notice of Results and Investor Presentation via Investor Meet Company

Company's audited final results for the year ended 31 December 2024 ("Final
Results") will be announced on 16 April 2025.  In addition, Dominic Agace
(CEO) and Andrew Nicol (CFO) will provide a live presentation relating to the
Full Year Results via Investor Meet Company on 23 April 2025, 11:00 BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
22 April 2025, 09:00 BST, or at any time during the live presentation.
