Dec 1 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    Casino  CASP.PA :
    The ailing French retailer on Thursday confirmed it has
received 'preliminary indicative offers from several purchasers'
for an unspecified number of its hypermarket and supermarkets it
had put up for sale to raise cash.
         
        Capgemini  CAPP :
  
    The French IT consulting group said on Friday it had
appointed a new chief financial officer, Nive Bhagat, who will
replace Carole Ferrand, leaving the company's CFO post she held
since 2018.
        
  
        Societe Generale SA  SOGN.PA :
  
    The lender said the European Central Bank notified it of the
level of its Pillar 2 Requirement (P2R), which will apply from
1st January 2024.
    
    Air France KLM SA  AIRF.PA :
    Air France-KLM and Apollo Global Management announced the
upsizing and completion of a quasi-equity financing of 1.5
billion euros.
    
    Kering  PRTP.PA :
    Kering said it completed the acquisition of a 30%
shareholding in Valentino.
    
    Gaztransport et Technigaz SA  GTT.PA :
    GTT said it signed a technical assistance and license
agreement with Cosco Shipping (Qidong) offshore.
