May 27 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2000 GMT on Tuesday:

** Citigroup C.N said on Tuesday its Polish unit has agreed to sell its consumer banking business in the country to Velobank, as the Wall Street giant nears the end of a years-long effort to exit non-core retail banking markets. nL3N3RZ18O

** Pennsylvania-based Patriot Growth Insurance Services has acquired Cashion Company, which specializes in construction risk management, surety bonding and captive insurance solutions for customers in Little Rock and Fayetteville, Arkansas. nL6N3RZ0M9

** UniCredit Chief Executive Andrea Orcel ruled out on Tuesday the bank could make a play for Assicurazioni Generali GASI.MI, Italy's biggest insurer in which it has recently acquired 6.7%.

** Eli Lilly LLY.N will buy privately held SiteOne Therapeutics in a deal worth as much as $1 billion, the companies said, giving the drugmaker access to an experimental non-opioid pain medicine. nL3N3RZ104

** Russian billionaire Vladimir Potanin has acquired a 9.95% stake in internet giant Yandex , often dubbed "Russia's Google", through companies he owns, according to statements from companies involved. nL2N3RZ0C2

** Eni  has entered exclusive talks to sell a 49.99% stake in its carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS) business to BlackRock's  infrastructure fund GIP, the Italian energy group said. nL5N3RZ0PR

** Salesforce said it would buy Informatica for about $8 billion, betting on the data management platform to sharpen its competitive edge in the booming artificial intelligence market.

** Harmony Gold , South Africa's top gold producer by volume, has agreed to buy Australian miner Mac Copper Ltd  in a deal worth $1.03 billion as it steps up a diversification into copper. nL2N3RZ05A

** Malaysia-headquartered private equity firm Navis Capital Partners has sold its controlling stake in Vietnamese seafood producer and processor, Godaco Seafood, in a management buyout, it said in a statement. nL2N3RZ04K

** Gallagher Re has acquired Beijing-based Nongxin Insurance Brokerage Company, the reinsurance broker announced on Monday.

** The co-founder of Indian airline IndiGo , Rakesh Gangwal, sold a 5.7% stake in the low-cost carrier through a block deal worth about $1.36 billion, a term sheet showed. nL2N3RZ025

** Australian software company WiseTech Global  on Monday announced its biggest deal to date, buying out U.S. cloud computing firm E2open  for $2.1 billion to broaden its product offerings. nL2N3RX06O
