Metals Acquisition Corp falls on plan to acquire CSA mine

** Shares of blank-check firm Metals Acquisition Corp
 MTAL.N  down 7.3% at $9.69
    ** Company announced on Monday that its shareholders voted
to approve proposed business combination to acquire Cornish,
Scottish and Australian (CSA) mine and proposed merger with
Metals Acquisition Ltd
    ** MTAL will acquire 100% of the issued share capital of
Cobar Management, which owns and operates the CSA Mine, from
Glencore Operations Australia
    ** Deal expected to close on June 15
    ** Including session's move, MTAL stock down 2.3%
