Change of Auditor
 
Following the conclusion of a formal competitive tender process, the Board is pleased to announce the intended appointment of Deloitte LLP ("Deloitte") as its external auditor to the Company, replacing Ernst & Young LLP ("EY") after ten years' service. Deloitte will conduct its first audit of the Company's financial statements for the financial year ending 30 June 2021. 
 
 
Further disclosure on the formal competitive tender process conducted by the Audit Committee will be set out in the Company's 2021 Annual Report.
 
 
Alan Clifton, Chair of the Company's Audit Committee, said: "We would like to thank EY for their many years of valuable service as the Company's auditor. We now look forward to working with Deloitte as the Company moves towards the full realisation of its real estate assets."
