Director Appointment

 

Macau Property Opportunities Fund Limited, managed by property investment
manager Sniper Capital Limited, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms
Carmen Ling as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect.
She will also be a member of the Audit and Risk, Management Engagement and
Nomination and Remuneration Committees. Ms Ling's appointment follows an
extensive selection process complicated by COVID related travel constraints.

 

Carmen Ling has over 25 years' banking experience.  She was Managing Director
for Citigroup and Standard Chartered Bank.  She has extensive experience
across client coverage, real estate, transaction banking and network
strategy.  Her role as global head of RMB Internationalisation/Belt &
Road for Standard Chartered Bank added unique knowledge and experience to her
as an international banker.  Prior to banking, she worked in the hospitality
industry for hotel project developments for North Asia, including China and
Japan.  Ms Ling is a resident of Hong Kong.
