DIRECTOR DECLARATION
In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14, MPO advises that it has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.
Christopher Russell was appointed as a non-executive director of Ruffer Investment Company Limited with effect from 1 December 2016. Ruffer Investment Company Limited was admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 8 July 2004.
