Further Update on Macau Property Market

 

 

Further to the Company's announcement on 16 April 2024 in which proposed
relaxation measures to Macau's long standing real estate anti-speculation
policies were highlighted, the Company is pleased to confirm that these policy
changes came into effect on 20 April following official ratification by the
Macau government.
