TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
 
In accordance with 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market of the following:
 
Further to the announcement made on 6 July 2018 regarding the return of approximately USD 50.5 million (GBP 38.2 million) (equivalent to USD 3.46 (C. GBP 2.62 per share) by way of a compulsory redemption of Ordinary Shares of USD 0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company (the "Redemption"), the Company announces that, following the Redemption, its total issued share capital consists of 61,835,733 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
 
Therefore, the total number of issued shares with voting rights in the Company is currently 61,835,733.
 
The above figure of 61,835,733 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
 
Defined terms used in this announcement shall (unless the context otherwise requires) have the same meanings set out in the Circular published on 8 June 2018.
 
The new ISIN number GG00BGDYFV61 in respect of the remaining ordinary shares which have not been redeemed is available for transactions from and including 10 July 2018.
