May 12 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Monday:

** China's Ant Group will sell a 4% stake in Indian payments firm Paytm  for $242 million, a term sheet seen by Reuters showed.

** Danone  said it has agreed to buy a majority stake in Kate Farms, a U.S. maker of plant-based organic drinks that will fit into the French food giant's specialized nutrition portfolio.

** Billionaire Rodolphe Saade's family holding Merit France has acquired a 20% stake in French cinema chain Pathe for an undisclosed amount, privately owned Pathe said.

** Japan's Sumitomo Metal Mining (SMM) <5713.T> said  it has agreed to buy a 30% stake in the Winu copper-gold project in Western Australia from Rio Tinto , .

**  Spanish defence company Indra IDR.MC sent a non-binding offer for Italian group Iveco's IVG.MC defence business, newspaper El Economista reported, citing unidentified market sources. nL1N3RK056

** Canadian miner Pan American Silver PAAS.TO will acquire MAG Silver Corp MAG.TO in a transaction which values the silver mining company at about $2.1 billion, the companies said on Sunday. nL4N3RK05D
