MAG Silver gains as commercial ops begin at Mexican mine

** Shares of Canadian miner MAG Silver Corp  MAG.TO  up 4.5%
at C$17.56 
    ** Co says commercial production has been achieved at the
Juanicipio Project in Mexico, in which MAG owns a 44% stake
    ** Fresnillo  FRES.L  owns the remaining 56% and operates
the silver mine, which MAG refers to as its "principal focus" 
    ** MAG says production is expected to continue to increase
steadily through Q3, when the project is expected to reach its
capacity of 4,000 tonnes per day
    ** Including the session's gains, stock is down ~17% YTD
