    ** Food and beverage co says November net sales grew 3.8%

    ** E-commerce net sales increased by 3.1% in November
    ** MBH says it is assessing value of retaining its remaining
stake in Paris Creek Farms owing to increasing demand for cheese
products
    ** Says it has got significant interest in the search for a
