U.S. stock index futures rose on Wednesday, paving the way for fresh gains on
Wall Street, after an encouraging inflation report fueled hopes U.S. interest
rates have peaked and Target jumped on an upbeat holiday-quarter profit
forecast.  .N 
    
    At 7:35 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.37% at 35,015. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.47% at 4,532, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.64% at
15,981.25.
