resumption of trading  
 * Deal for HK$731.1 million 
 * Purchaser on 23 June 2016 entered into purchase agreement with British 
Overseas Bank Nominees And WGTC Nominees 
 * Have made application to stock exchange for resumption of trading of shares 
of the companies from 9:00 a.m. on 28 June
