Magnite rises on renewed deal with Disney

** Advertising co Magnite's shares  MGNI.O  rise 8.3% to
$13.07 premarket
    ** Co inks a two-year extension which also expands its deal
with Disney  DIS.N  
    ** DIS will now use MGNI's services to monetize college
football games on live streams on ESPN
    ** Co will now support Disney in expanding monetizing
ad-supported inventory in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru,
and Argentina
    ** MGNI is Disney's preferred supply-side technology
partner, which enables DIS to sell ad space
    ** Up to Tuesday's close, stock had risen 29.2% YTD
