** Shares of Mahindra Logistics MALO.NS down 4.5% at 393.60 rupees

** Logistics solution provider's Q1 consol net loss widens to 108 mln rupees ($1.3 mln) from loss of 93.2 mln rupees a year ago

** Q1 consol revenue rises 14.4% Y/Y to 16.25 bln rupees

** Trading vols at 609,449 shares so far, more than 3x the 30-day average

** MALO up ~3% YTD
