Notification of Transactions of Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
 
The Company was notified on 19 July 2018 that on that date Dale Todd, Company Secretary, sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company at a price of 807.5p per Ordinary Share.  Mr Todd retains 29,144 Ordinary shares, representing 0.21 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
