The Company was notified on 3 August 2023 that, the husband of Carol Thompson,
Executive Chair, purchased 217 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 184 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Carol Thompson's interest In the Company,
including her connected persons' interests, is 217 Ordinary Shares,
