The Company was notified on 4 October 2023 that, the husband of Carol
Thompson, Executive Chair, purchased 127 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 165 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Carol Thompson husband's interest In the Company
is 344 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.002% of the Company's
