Maintel Holdings Plc ("Maintel" or the "Company")

Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

The Company was notified on 6 March 2024 that the husband of Carol Thompson,
Executive Chair, sold 401 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares"), further details of which are as set out below.

Following this transaction, Carol Thompson's husband has no residual interest
in the Ordinary Shares of the Company.

Separately, due to administrative oversight, the Company was also notified on
6 March 2024 that on 4 October 2023, the husband of Carol Thompson, Executive
Chair, purchased an additional 57 Ordinary Shares at a price of 165 pence per
Ordinary Share, in addition to the purchase of Ordinary Shares disclosed in
the announcement dated 5 October 2023.
