Maintel Holdings Plc (the "Company" or "Maintel") announces that Mark Townsend, Chief Financial Officer, has informed the Board of his intention to leave the Company for personal reasons. Mark's notice period is six months and it is currently expected that he will remain in post throughout that period to ensure an orderly handover.
 
The Board will now take steps to identify a new Chief Financial Officer and will update the market when appropriate.
 
The Board would like to thank Mark for his contribution and wish him all the best for the future.
