Maintel Holdings Plc ("Maintel" or "the Company")

Grant of Options

 

The Company announces that on 5 April 2022, 642,928 options were granted over
ordinary shares of 1 pence each in Maintel ("Ordinary Shares") to certain
Directors and other employees, in accordance with the rules of the Company's
2015 Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").

The table below sets out all grants made under the LTIP to PDMRs:

The awards were made as market value priced options and the exercise price was determined
by reference to the previous dealing day's closing middle market price. The
awards are subject to the recipients' continuous employment. The normal date
of vesting for these options will be the third anniversary of the grant and
the last date for exercise will be tenth anniversary of the grant.
