The Company was informed by Elitetele.com Plc on 23 November 2018 that on that date Elitetele.com Plc directly and indirectly increased its interest in ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"), taking its holding over the 3% notification threshold. Following the purchase, Elitetele.com Plc directly and indirectly holds 620,614 Ordinary Shares, being 4.37% of issued share capital of the Company. The shareholders below are accustomed to exercising voting rights in a manner consistent with each other and therefore the holdings have been aggregated for the purposes of this disclosure.
